We started Tote Day Co because we think moving is hard enough without dealing with flimsy cardboard, rolls of tape, and a pile of boxes that end up in the trash the moment you're done.

Our heavy-duty reusable totes are stronger, faster to pack, and zero waste. We deliver them to your door, you use them for as long as you need, and we collect them when you're done. Simple as that.

THE STORY

I'm Hamish, and I run Tote Day Co out of the Triangle. I also run Dock Day Co, a lake inflatable rental business on Lake Gaston — so I know a thing or two about delivering gear to people's doorsteps and making sure they have a great time.

Tote Day Co came from a simple observation: every time someone moves, they buy a stack of cardboard boxes, use them once, and either break them down for recycling or throw them away. It's wasteful, it's annoying, and there's a better way.

Our totes are heavy-duty, stackable, waterproof, and have attached hinged lids so nothing falls out. They're built to last for years and hundreds of moves. You rent them for as long as you need, and we take care of the rest.
