THE RENTAL PROCESS

How does it work?

It's simple: pick your package and your dates, and we deliver clean, sturdy totes to your door. Use them for your move, then stack them up when you're done. We come collect them — no drop-off needed.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-5 days before your move to guarantee availability, but we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. The earlier you book, the better.

Can I extend my rental?

+

Absolutely. Moving doesn't always go to plan. If you need more time, just let us know and we'll extend your rental at the daily rate for your package. No penalties, no stress.

What if I need more or fewer totes?

No problem. Contact us and we can adjust your order — add more totes or reduce your package. We're flexible because moving is unpredictable.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

Where do you deliver?

We serve the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Triangle and surrounding areas, including Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. Don't see your area? Reach out — we're expanding fast.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery and collection are both included in every rental package. No hidden fees.

What do I do when I'm done?

Just stack the totes up (they nest inside each other) and leave them somewhere accessible — your porch, garage, or front door. We'll come collect them on your scheduled pickup date.

Can you deliver to my new address?

We deliver to your current address and collect from your new one (or wherever you'll be done unpacking). Just let us know both addresses when you book.

THE TOTES

How big are the totes?

Each tote is approximately 22" x 15.5" x 13" (exterior dimensions) — roughly 12 gallons. That's a great size for books, kitchen items, clothes, electronics, and most household goods. Not too heavy when full, not too small to be useful.

Are they sturdy?

Very. Our totes are heavy-duty plastic with a 500 lb stacking capacity. They're waterproof, crack-resistant, and built for commercial use. These aren't flimsy storage bins — they're designed to be stacked high and moved often.

Do the lids stay on?

Yes. Every tote has an attached hinged lid that clips shut. Nothing falls out, nothing gets lost. No separate lids to keep track of.

Are they clean?

Every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. They arrive ready to use.

PRICING & PAYMENT

How much does it cost?

Our packages start at $59/week for 15 totes (Studio), $99/week for 30 totes (Home), and $149/week for 50 totes (Big Move). Additional days are available at a daily rate. Check our Rentals page for full details.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system powered by Stripe. Payment is taken when you book.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours before your delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a delivery fee. Contact us and we'll work it out.

What if a tote gets damaged?

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. If a tote is severely damaged or lost, a replacement fee may apply. But these totes are built tough — it takes a lot to damage one.

SUSTAINABILITY

How is this better than cardboard?

Cardboard boxes are single-use: you buy them, use them once, then they go to recycling (at best) or landfill. Our totes are reused hundreds of times over their lifetime, which means zero waste from your move. No tape, no breaking down boxes, no trips to the recycling center.

What happens to totes at end of life?

+

When a tote has finally reached the end of its useful life (after hundreds of moves), we recycle it responsibly. The heavy-duty plastic is fully recyclable.
